ABOUT
JUSTIN SMITH - violin
​
Justin Smith is Concertmaster of the Broadway production of The Outsiders. His other Broadway credits include Finding Neverland, Violet, Annie and The Scottsboro Boys. Justin has toured extensively across the United States as solo violinist for Broadway star Kristin Chenoweth since 2014 and has performed and recorded with Lin-Manuel Miranda, Alt-J and José James, Johnny Mathis, Chita Rivera, Michael Cerveris & Loose Cattle, Michael Friedman, and has appeared on many Broadway cast albums. He was featured prominently in the Hamildrop video “Found Tonight,” a Hamilton/Dear Evan Hansen mashup starring TONY-award winners Lin-Manuel Miranda and Ben Platt. Justin cut his teeth on fiddle touring and recording for many years with Brooklyn country music iconoclasts The Defibulators.
SEAN DRISCOLL - guitar

Sean has performed and worked with Sting, Lionel Richie, Bryan Adams, Jennifer Hudson, Cynthia Erivo, Jonatha Brooke, Blood Sweat & Tears, Duncan Sheik, Antonio Sanchez and many of NY and LA’s finest musicians. He currently plays guitar on Broadway in NYC at Moulin Rouge and still performs as a sideman and leader in clubs/private venues around the NY/NJ/CT/PA area in many styles.
PETE DONOVAN - bass

At home in many different genres, bassist and producer Pete Donovan has performed with a diverse mix of artists including Sting, Beck, Rufus Wainwright, Lady Gaga, Bono (from U2), Quincy Jones, Phil Ramone, The Who, The Manhattan Transfer, Take 6, Wynton Marsalis, Joshua Bell, Renee Fleming, Dawn Upshaw, Jose Carreas, Placido Domingo, Marvin Hamlisch, Jane Krakowski, Patti Lupone, Liza Minelli, and Kelli O’Hara. He has also performed with some of this country’s leading orchestras including the New York Philharmonic, the Boston Pops, the National Symphony, and the Detroit Symphony. He has appeared at the Ravinia, Tanglewood, Caramoor, and San Francisco Jazz festivals. He currently is a member of the orchestra for Sunset Boulevard now on Broadway.
